- Identify and generate new business leads and potential customers.
- Contact customers, distributors, retailers and business partners.
- Explain company products and prepare quotations for customers.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, orders and payments.
- Maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM software.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and current customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
