Job Summary

Ishmat Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Textile Print, Packaging & Graphic Designer with experience in textile print development, packaging design, graphic design, and visual branding.

The candidate will develop textile prints and seamless patterns, design product packaging, create brand identity assets, and prepare production-ready artwork for fashion and lifestyle products, including nightwear, gymwear, sportswear, and knitted apparel.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop textile prints, motifs, patterns, colourways, and surface designs for apparel and lifestyle products.
- Convert reference images and AI-generated artwork into clean, editable vector files using Adobe Illustrator.
- Create seamless repeat patterns, including half-drop repeats and mirrored motif arrangements.
- Prepare production-ready textile print artwork and apply prints to garment mockups at realistic scales.
- Design product packaging, including boxes, labels, hang tags, stickers, sleeves, inserts, and packaging cards.
- Create logos, brand identity elements, brand guidelines, and visual branding concepts.
- Design marketing creatives for social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare packaging layouts, dielines, print-ready files, and product presentation mockups.
- Coordinate with textile printers, packaging vendors, and production teams to ensure accurate execution.
- Maintain consistency in colours,



typography, layouts, artwork, and overall brand presentation.
- Review samples and printed outputs and make necessary corrections before final approval.
- Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, textile print design, packaging, or branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of vector artwork, textile print development, seamless repeat patterns, and colourways.
- Experience in packaging design, labels, tags, dielines, and print production.
- Understanding of logo design, typography, colour theory, and visual identity.
- Ability to create garment mockups and product print-placement presentations.
- Valuable communication, creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- A portfolio showcasing textile prints, packaging designs, branding, and graphic design work is required.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in fashion, textile, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of nightwear, gymwear, sportswear, activewear, or knitted apparel.
- Experience in surface pattern design and textile printing.
- Experience in premium packaging and brand identity development.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
