We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser & New Product Development (NPD) professional to drive commercially successful jewellery collections from concept to production.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and develop new jewellery collections based on market trends, customer needs, and sales insights.
- Lead the complete NPD process - concept, design brief, sampling, costing, approvals, and production.
- Work closely with Design, Production, Sales, Marketing, and Vendors for smooth product development.
- Analyse sales, margins, stock, and category performance to build the right product assortment.
- Coordinate with vendors on costing, quality, timelines, and production requirements.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new product opportunities.
- Ensure jewellery designs are commercially viable, trend-relevant, and aligned with brand standards.
- Support range planning, product launches, and SKU rationalization.

What We’re Looking For





- 6-8 years of experience in Jewellery Merchandising / NPD / Product Development.
- Solid understanding of jewellery materials, gemstones, manufacturing, and costing.
- Good analytical skills with strong Excel knowledge.
- Creative mindset with strong understanding of market and jewellery trends.
- Excellent vendor management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of CAD / 3D jewellery design will be an advantage.
- Experience in luxury, fine jewellery, or premium brands preferred.
