Designation: Security Officer
Location: Shahad
Reporting To: Project Head / Administration & Security Head

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Certification in Industrial Security / Fire & Safety will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 5-10 years of experience in Security Operations, preferably in Real Estate, Construction, Township, Industrial or Commercial Facilities.
- Ex-Defence / Ex-Serviceman candidates (Army, Navy, Air Force, CISF, CRPF, BSF, ITBP, etc.).
- Experience in handling contract security agencies, Local Liaison with civic bodies, CCTV surveillance systems, access control and emergency response mechanisms.
- Exposure to residential township and project site security management is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end security operations for the project.
- Supervise and monitor deployed security guards and agency personnel.
- Ensure effective visitor, vendor, contractor and vehicle access control.




- Monitor CCTV systems and investigate security incidents and breaches.
- Manage material inward and outward movement controls.
- Conduct surprise checks, security inspections and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with Police, Fire Brigade, Local Authorities and emergency services as required.
- Ensure implementation of emergency response plans, evacuation drills and fire safety procedures.
- Maintain all security registers, occurrence reports, incident reports and security MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company security SOPs, EHS standards and statutory requirements.
- Manage biometric attendance and deployment records of outsourced security manpower.
- Support security manpower recruitment, induction, training and discipline.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
