Role: Retouch and colour-grade wedding photographs to a consistent, elegant House of Merit finish.
Responsibilities
- Cull, select and edit thousands of RAW images per event
- Apply consistent colour grading, skin retouching and exposure correction
- Prepare final galleries, albums and web-ready exports
- Deliver preview and sneak-peek photos quickly after events
- Handle client revisions and keep organised, backed-up archives
Requirements
- Expert in Lightroom and Photoshop
- Strong colour sense and consistency across large batches
- Meets deadlines and handles heavy files efficiently
