About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to build brand awareness and grow our user community across Mumbai and nearby areas.

You will manage social media, develop content and run digital campaigns that encourage people to register, list their items and participate in exchanges. This role combines content creation with measurable user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Create monthly content calendars covering reels, posts, carousels and stories.
- Write engaging captions, campaign copy and clear explanations of how Swaprelook works.
- Create and edit basic graphics and short videos, coordinating with designers or production support when needed.
- Set up, monitor and optimise Meta advertising campaigns within approved budgets.
- Support Google Ads, basic SEO and website content initiatives.
- Respond to comments and messages, escalating customer service issues to the appropriate team.
- Identify opportunities with local creators, colleges, housing societies, sports groups and hobby communities.
- Coordinate with the development team to improve landing pages, registration journeys and campaign tracking.




- Track campaign results and recommend improvements based on data.
- Support marketing for the upcoming app and subscription plans.

Required Skills and Experience

- 1–3 years of practical experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign reporting.
- Ability to use Canva and a video editing tool to produce social content.
- Robust copywriting and communication skills.
- Understanding of website analytics, conversion tracking and basic SEO.
- Ability to manage a content calendar, meet deadlines and work independently.
- Interest in consumer platforms, community building and reuse.

Good to Have

- Experience with startups, marketplaces or consumer brands.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Experience coordinating influencer collaborations or local campaigns.
- Ability to create content in Hindi or Marathi alongside English.
- Comfort filming product demonstrations or appearing in short videos.
