Job Summary
IAMAX Precision India Pvt Ltd is seeking an immediate joiner for the role of CNC Milling Setter. We are looking for skilled individuals capable of Setting up and Troubleshooting knowledge in VMC and HMC machines to produce high-precision components.
Requirements (Prerequisites)
- Experience: 3+ years in CNC Milling Setting (VMC / HMC).
- Education: ITI, Diploma, or above (Pass or Fail accepted).
- Age: 18–35 years.
- Skills: Expertise in tool preparation, job setup, Handle in quality Equipments and troubleshooting in CNC process.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)
- Set up CNC Milling machines (VMC/HMC)
by installing fixtures, tools, and raw materials.
- Perform tool preparation and job setting according to technical drawings.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and optimize production processes.
- Work in rotational shifts (Monday to Saturday).
