About Us: B. L. Tandon & Co. is a leading 50+ year old electrical distribution company in Lucknow. We are authorized
stockists for top national brands like Polycab, Schneider Electric, Havells, Crompton, and IndoAsian, serving
industrial contractors, panel builders, and retail walk-in clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Counter Sales Management: Handle walk-in clients, retail contractors, and local electricians with quick and accurate
order booking.
BOM & Estimation: Evaluate client product lists (Bill of Materials), recommend brand options (Polycab, Havells,
Schneider, etc.), and issue instant quotations.
Product Guidance: Provide technical advice on wires, switchgears (MCBs/MCCBs), LED lighting, fans, and cable
accessories.
Billing & Cash Handling: Coordinate with stock room for packing,
issue GST tax invoices/e-invoices, and oversee
counter payment collections.
Client & Order Tracking: Maintain valuable relationships with repeat contractors, track pending counter inquiries, and
follow up on quotes.
Required Experience & Skills
1 to 3 years experience in electrical shop counter
sales or industrial goods.
Good product knowledge of LT cables, MCBs,
lighting, and electrical fittings.
Basic computer skills (Tally / Billing Software / MS
Excel).
Polite communication & customer handling ability.
Education & Salary Package
Education: Graduate / Diploma in Electrical /
Higher Secondary.
Fixed Salary: Competitive monthly salary based on
experience.
Incentives: Monthly counter sales
commission/performance bonus.
Location: Lucknow-based candidates preferred.
