- Manage end-to-end quality control, from fabric and trims inspection to final shipment dispatch.
- Supervise fabric inspection, cutting, stitching, in-line inspection, finishing, packing, and final audits.
- Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, approved samples, measurement charts, workmanship standards, and AQL requirements.
- Monitor fabric defects, shade variation, shrinkage, stitching defects, garment measurements, and finishing quality.
- Conduct pre-production meetings, in-line inspections, and final random inspections.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, technical, and finishing teams to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports, including DHU, defect analysis, rejection rates, and corrective action reports.
- Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage and train quality inspectors and ensure readiness for buyer audits and third-party inspections.
- Ensure all garments meet buyer quality standards before shipment approval and dispatch.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
