Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily salon operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor salon staff to ensure productivity, discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Manage appointment scheduling, customer flow, and coordination between the front desk and service professionals.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
- Monitor daily sales, service revenue, staff productivity, and achievement of business targets.
- Promote appropriate salon services, packages, memberships, and retail products to improve revenue and customer retention.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, sanitisation, and safety standards across all salon areas.
- Monitor inventory, product consumption, equipment maintenance, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure proper billing, payment collection, record maintenance, and reporting procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Identify staff training requirements and ensure adherence to service protocols and company policies.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly,



and monthly reports on sales, operations, staff performance, and customer feedback.
- Support promotional activities, customer retention initiatives, and business development strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain the confidentiality of customer and business information.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate or relevant qualification in business administration, hospitality, salon management, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in salon, spa, beauty, wellness, or aesthetic clinic management preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of salon services, hygiene standards, inventory management, and sales operations.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and achieve business targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with billing and appointment management systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
