About the Role

JAKS is seeking a Business Development & Operations Manager to drive client acquisition and coordinate operations across the firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional services, consulting, business setup, audit, or advisory firms within the UAE/GCC.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities and acquire clients for the firm’s services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and business contacts.
- Manage the business development process, including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and deal closure.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day operational coordination and track ongoing client assignments.
- Support client onboarding and maintain accurate client records.
- Prepare and monitor business development pipelines, sales forecasts, and performance reports.




- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, service quality, and client satisfaction.
- Represent the firm at networking events and business meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in professional services, consulting, business setup, audit, or advisory firms in the UAE/GCC.
- Solid client acquisition, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and work effectively with internal teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach with a focus on business growth and client service.
