oneinfer.ai is a Bengaluru-based AI startup with a team of 6. We build OneInfer Voice, enterprise AI voice agents that answer and resolve customer calls at call-center scale, in 32 languages.

About the Role
We are hiring one more Sales Intern for outbound calling. Most of your day will be on the phone with prospects, and you will work closely with the founders.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to prospects and qualify leads
- Book discovery calls for the sales team
- Send follow-up emails after calls
- Build and clean prospect lists
- Keep CRM records up to date
- Sit in on sales calls and write call summaries
- Support pipeline tracking and sales reporting

Requirements

- Prior outbound calling, telesales, or inside sales experience strongly preferred
- Fluent in Hindi and English, with the ability to hold a sales conversation on the phone in both
- Comfortable with high daily call volume and rejection
- Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections




- Comfortable with CRM tools and spreadsheets
- No technical background required

Compensation and Schedule

- ₹15,000 per month fixed, plus performance-based variable pay and incentives
- Full-time, 6 days a week
- Onsite or hybrid, Bengaluru
- Path to a full-time role based on performance
