Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Equity Research Analyst with knowledge of the Indian stock market, NIFTY indices, and equity research. The candidate should be able to monitor market movements, analyze stocks, prepare research reports, and communicate market insights clearly to clients.

The ideal candidate should also possess strong communication, customer relationship management (CRM), and client-handling skills to maintain qualified relationships and provide timely market updates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Equity Research & Stock Market Analysis

- Monitor the Indian stock market, including NSE, BSE, NIFTY 50, NIFTY Bank, and other sectoral indices.
- Track stock prices, market trends, trading volumes, and corporate announcements.
- Conduct basic fundamental and technical analysis of listed companies.
- Analyze financial statements, company performance, valuation metrics, and industry trends.
- Research market news, economic indicators, and events that may affect stock prices.
- Prepare daily market reports, stock research summaries, and market outlooks.
- Track stocks and indices using platforms such as NSE India, Moneycontrol, and TradingView.

2. Client Communication & Relationship Management

- Communicate market updates and research findings to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Handle client queries related to stocks, market movements, and research reports within the scope of company policies.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and timely communication.
- Manage client records, interactions, follow-ups, and feedback using CRM software.
- Coordinate with the sales and advisory teams to support client requirements.
- Explain market risks and research findings accurately without making unrealistic return commitments.





3. Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily pre-market and post-market reports.
- Maintain stock watchlists and monitor selected companies and indices.
- Document client interactions, research observations, and market updates.
- Prepare weekly performance summaries and sector-wise research reports.
- Ensure all research and client communications follow applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good understanding of the Indian stock market, NSE, BSE, NIFTY 50, and Bank NIFTY.
- Basic knowledge of equity research, fundamental analysis, and technical analysis.
- Understanding of financial ratios, company financial statements, and market indicators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and client-handling abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to explain stock market concepts in simple language.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in equity research, stock market analysis, financial services, or client relationship management.
- Knowledge of market research platforms and stock screening tools.
- Familiarity with financial modelling, valuation techniques, and research report preparation.
- Relevant NISM certification, where applicable to the responsibilities of the role.

Working Schedule

- Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday or as per company policy.
- Location: Tirupati
- Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should combine stock market knowledge with strong communication and client relationship management skills. The candidate must be comfortable tracking market movements, conducting research, preparing reports, and interacting with clients professionally.

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
