Role: Manage end-to-end ecommerce operations, ensure timely deliveries, reduce RTO, and improve operational efficiency through WMS and AI automation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely, accurate order processing and dispatch (TAT).
* Manage NDR, improve delivery success rates, and reduce RTO with performance targets
Required Skills:
* Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ecommerce operations tools such as CRM etc
* Knowledge of AI tools and process automation.
* Solid Excel, reporting, analytical, and coordination skills.
