Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain, Factory & Sales Coordinator from the Agrochemical Industry to manage factory coordination, depot operations, inventory planning, dispatches, transportation, and sales coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely material availability, smooth order execution, efficient depot management, cost-effective logistics, and accurate MIS reporting. The ideal candidate must have strong Advanced Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and good decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely material availability and prevent production or dispatch delays.
- Manage demand forecasting, rolling production plans, and inventory planning in coordination with factory and sales teams.
- Ensure adequate stock availability at depots and monitor stock movement, expiry, damaged stock, and slow-moving inventory.
- Ensure strict implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) and proper batch-wise dispatch procedures.
- Conduct depot stock audits every six months and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
- Ensure daily dispatches are completed as per customer orders and no orders are missed.
- Prepare and circulate daily MIS reports covering dispatches, pending orders, stock availability, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding order processing, stock availability, cancelled orders, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare lists of cancelled order items and coordinate with the factory for production or replenishment, as required.




- Manage end-to-end logistics from factory to depot, depot to depot, and secondary freight from depots.
- Identify and negotiate with truck vendors and transporters to optimize freight costs.
- Evaluate direct truck dispatches for multiple carton cases to reduce transportation expenses.
- Ensure timely truck placement, shipment tracking, and on-time delivery.
- Arrange transit insurance for applicable shipments and coordinate claims in case of damage or loss.
- Ensure proper product handling, good carton quality, and damage-free dispatches.
- Verify sales returns and ensure returned materials are received in good condition, with proper documentation.
- Manage overall depot operations, including billing coordination, dispatches, stock availability, and operational follow-ups.
- Coordinate with contractors, verify contractor bills, and maintain proper records of operational expenses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in the Agrochemical Industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and MIS reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.




- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management, FIFO, batch-wise stock control, and depot audits.
- Experience in logistics management, truck booking, freight negotiation, and shipment tracking.
- Understanding of demand forecasting, rolling plans, stock replenishment, and dispatch management.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Hands-on experience in agrochemical supply chain, factory coordination, depot management, or logistics.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to coordinate with production, sales, transporters, and depot teams.
- Cost-conscious, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of taking timely decisions.
