1. Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, handle invoices, assist with GST compliance, and support the company's financial reporting activities.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, and financial records.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cashbook maintenance.
- Assist in GST returns, GST calculations, and input tax credit reconciliation.
- Maintain TDS records and assist with TDS returns, as applicable.
- Manage petty cash, expense tracking, and payment records.
- Maintain supplier, customer, and outstanding payment records.
- Assist in preparing monthly profit and loss statements and other financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Work with auditors and assist in statutory compliance.




- Use accounting software such as Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other relevant business applications.

3. Educational Qualifications

- B.Com degree from a recognized university.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is desirable.

4. Required Skills

- Positive numerical and analytical skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

5. Experience

Freshers with a B.Com degree can apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in accounting, GST filing assistance, billing, and bank reconciliation will be preferred.

Salary will be based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
