URGENT HIRING – SALES HEAD (BATTERY INDUSTRY)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead sales operations, develop new business opportunities, manage key clients, and drive revenue growth in the battery industry, particularly in Lithium-ion batteries for EV 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, and related applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, including target allocation and performance monitoring.
- Develop business opportunities in the Lithium-ion battery and EV battery segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, fleet operators, and key customers.
- Identify recent markets, generate leads, and expand the company's customer base.
- Manage sales negotiations, quotations, pricing, and commercial discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and regular performance updates for management.
- Coordinate with production, operations,



and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term business relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate or MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
- 5–8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the battery, automotive, or EV industry.
- Strong knowledge of Lithium-ion batteries, EV batteries, and battery distribution channels is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
- Robust communication, negotiation, leadership, and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development, as required.

Compensation
