We are seeking applications for the position of Urban Planner for Upcoming Zonal Development Project in Uttar Pradesh. Missions/Main Duties
• Conduct baseline assessments, spatial analysis, demographic studies, and land use assessments to support planning initiatives.
• Prepare and review Master Plans, Zonal Development Plans, Land Use Plans, Sectoral Plans, and Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Plans.




• Develop land use strategies and planning frameworks that promote sustainable, inclusive, and balanced urban growth.
• Integrate transportation, environmental, social, economic, and infrastructure considerations into planning proposals.
• Review development regulations, zoning regulations, and planning policies to ensure compliance with applicable standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate with government agencies, local authorities, infrastructure providers, and other stakeholders during plan preparation and implementation.
• Analyze urban growth patterns and recommend strategies for efficient land utilization and resource management.
• Support stakeholder consultations, public engagement activities, and inter-agency coordination processes.
• Prepare technical reports, planning documents, maps, presentations, and policy recommendations. Profile/Skills
• Master’s degree in urban and Regional Planning or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institute.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in urban and regional planning projects.
• Proven experience in the preparation of Master Plans, Zonal Development Plans, Land Use Plans, Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Plans, Sectoral Plans, and other statutory development plans
• Robust knowledge of urban and regional planning principles and practices. Sound understanding of land use planning, zoning regulations, development control regulations, and statutory planning processes.
