- Role Summary: The trainee will undergo structured on-the-job training across Production, Quality and Maintenance departments, gaining hands-on exposure to plant operations, processes and systems. The role requires working in rotational shifts (A, B and C).

Key Responsibilities
• Learn and support day-to-day operations in the assigned department as per the rotation plan.
• Assist in production activities, process monitoring and achieving shift targets.
• Support quality checks, inspections, sampling and documentation to ensure product conformity.
• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities and equipment upkeep.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, 5S and company policies at all times.
• Maintain accurate shift reports, logs and records.
• Participate in training sessions,



improvement activities and shift handovers.
• Report any abnormalities, safety hazards or quality issues promptly. Qualifications & Eligibility
• Diploma / B.
E. / B.
Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production or a related discipline.
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience. Skills & Attributes
• Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Positive communication and teamwork skills.
• Discipline, punctuality and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to work in a plant environment. Working Conditions
• Rotational 3-shift schedule (including night shifts) and shop-floor working.
• Willingness to rotate across departments as per training plan.
• Compliance with PPE and safety norms.
