Cleo Never Stops. **The Chance** + Own solution architecture for enterprise EDI and integration projects. + Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure integration designs. + Lead technical delivery, mentor teams, and drive best practices. **What You'll Do** + Design scalable EDI, API, and hybrid integration solutions. + Lead discovery workshops and define technical architecture. + Build and optimize integrations, mappings, APIs, and business processes. + Configure communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN, APIs) and security. + Own technical delivery, UAT, issue resolution, and customer engagement. + Mentor junior team members and promote engineering best practices. **What You Bring** **Required** + B.E./B.Tech with strong EDI and integration architecture experience. + Expertise in ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, AS2, SFTP, VAN, HTTP/S. + Experience with ERP integrations (SAP or similar), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware. + Strong data mapping, Java-based transformations, and business process configuration. + Knowledge of OAuth, encryption, authentication, access control, and API security. + Experience designing scalable, high-performance, cloud/hybrid integration solutions. **Preferred** + Experience in retail, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain domains. + Hands-on experience with Sterling, Gentran, OpenText, Axway, or similar B2B tools. + CIC knowledge will be an added advantage. + Relevant integration, cloud, or ERP certifications. **Behavior Competencies** **Initiative & Innovation** - Ability to be proactive and develop new ideas **Level 3:
