*Company:* Nitya Electrocontrols Pvt. Ltd. *Location:* Sector 81, Noida *Experience:* 8–12 Years *Qualification:* MBA/PGDM in HR *Timing:* 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM *Working Days:* Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday off)
*Key Responsibilities:*• Manage end-to-end HR operations and policies.• Handle PAN India recruitment, including technical, non-technical, and senior-level hiring.• Manage payroll, CTC structuring, increments, and full & final settlements.• Ensure statutory compliance, including EPF, ESIC, and applicable labour laws.• Oversee onboarding, induction, employee documentation, and exit formalities.• Implement PMS, performance appraisals, training, and employee development.• Manage employee engagement, grievances, retention, and industrial relations.• Lead the HR team and prepare HR MIS reports.• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and manpower planning.
*Preferred Candidate:* Solid knowledge of HR operations, payroll, labour laws, recruitment, and employee management, preferably in the manufacturing/engineering industry.
