Role Overview

Cybotrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to

identify and develop business opportunities in water and wastewater treatment solutions, including ETP, STP, WTP,

RO and related projects. The role involves field sales, client visits, lead generation, relationship management and

coordination with internal teams to convert enquiries into successful business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in ETP, STP, WTP, RO and related water treatment projects.

• Generate leads through client visits, fieldwork, networking, telephonic enquiries and market research.

• Undertake regular fieldwork and client visits to develop prospects and understand customer requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospective customers.

• Coordinate with technical and proposal teams to prepare quotations, proposals and project-related documentation.

• Conduct timely follow-ups on enquiries, quotations and proposals to improve conversion rates.





• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Track market developments, customer needs and potential project opportunities in the assigned territory.

Mandatory Requirements

• 1–12 years of experience in business development, field sales or a related sales role; exposure to water treatment

projects is relevant.

• Knowledge of or experience with ETP, STP, WTP, RO or related water treatment solutions is preferred.

• Must own or have access to a two-wheeler and be willing to travel for fieldwork and client meetings.

• Must be proficient in Tamil, English and Hindi.

• Robust communication, negotiation, relationship-building and follow-up skills.

• Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams.

Candidate Preference

Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to one month may also be considered.

Applicants should be comfortable with a field-based business development role in Bangalore.
