Our client is an established engineering consultancy firm with extensive experience in infrastructure and structural engineering and over 100 employee strength. We provide comprehensive services in Bridge Engineering, Highway & Railway Infrastructure, and Project Management Consultancy, including DPR preparation, detailed design, estimation, pre-bid services, and structural design.

We are looking for a Senior Bridge Design Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the design and delivery of complex bridge and infrastructure projects for government departments, public sector organisations, and private clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze field data and develop engineering solutions for bridge and infrastructure projects.
- Design bridge structures in compliance with IRC and MoRTH codes and standards.
- Prepare detailed design reports, drawings, and documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while managing resources effectively.
- Coordinate with clients, government departments, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.




- Perform structural analysis using MIDAS and STAAD/STAAD Pro software.
- Support DPR preparation, estimation, and pre-bid engineering services.
- Contribute to structural strengthening, rehabilitation, retrofitting, and inspection projects as required.

Educational Qualification:

- M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Structural or Transportation specialization preferred).

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in bridge engineering and infrastructure design.
- Hands-on experience with ROB/RUBs, flyovers, river bridges, cable-stayed bridges, or segmental structures is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in MIDAS Civil and STAAD / STAAD Pro for structural analysis and design.
- Strong knowledge of IRC and MoRTH design codes and standards.
- Experience in preparing design reports, drawings, and project documentation.

Soft Skills:

- Strong project management and resource coordination abilities.
- Effective communication and client coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team setting and meet project deadlines.
