Job Purpose

Lead project planning and control across all running sites, ensuring timely delivery, cost management, and resource optimization. Serve as the key in client liaison for planning, billing, and project progress while maintaining robust data control, documentation, and cost-efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with clients and decision-makers on planning, resources, billing, and project front. Develop, maintain, and track project budgets, cost baselines, and cash flow.
- Monitor actual costs vs. budget, forecast "Estimate at Completion" (EAC), and control wastage.
- Maintain and update project schedules, conduct schedule risk analysis, and track earned value metrics (EVM).
- Manage contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and integrate them in the project control system.
- Maintain accurate project database, MIS, and documentation for all sites.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with project control procedures.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement,



and Finance teams for resource and schedule alignment.
- Visit all running project sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure planning compliance.
- Negotiate effectively with to achieve project objectives.

Required Experience

- Diploma / B.E./ Masters in Civil / Construction Engineering
- 5-7 years experience in project control, cost control, or project accounting in construction projects.
- Experience handling tough clients (e.g., L&T;) preferred.
- Exposure to industrial flooring, construction, PEB application, roofing installation, or similar sectors. Languages: English & Hindi

Skills & Knowledge

- Excellent client handling, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in project control tools / ERP / MS Project / Primavera / Excel, with strong data management, MIS reporting, and documentation discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously, identify risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery.
