Job Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce system configurations, updates, patches, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Provide user support and training on internal systems.
• Ensure software compliance with security and operational standards.
• Document procedures, workflows, and known issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers as needed.

Preferred Educational
Qualification :Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.10+ years of experience in software administration, technical support, or related roles. Strong knowledge of enterprise software systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ticketing
tools).
Prior Work Experience in years: Min 5 Yrs to Max 10 Yrs
Essential previous responsibilities handled
Administration and support of ERP (SAP) and CRM systems. Managing software upgrades, patches, and configuration changes. Handling user access management and security controls. Coordinating with external IT vendors and service providers. Providing technical troubleshooting and user training support. Desired Technical Skill Sets Robust working knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA modules (MM, SD, FI preferred). Experience in Salesforce administration. Understanding of ERP-CRM integration processes. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure preferred). Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and IT governance. Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL processes.

A.



Enterprise Application Management
• Manage day-to-day operations of SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce platforms.
• Oversee system configurations, updates, patches, and enhancements.
• Ensure seamless integration between ERP, CRM, and other internal systems.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
B. Technical Support & Issue Resolution
• Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with technical teams/vendors for resolution.
• Act as first point of escalation for application-related concerns.
• Maintain issue logs and ensure timely closure as per defined SLAs.
C. User Support & Training
• Provide user support across corporate office and plant locations.
• Conduct system training sessions for new and existing employees.
• Develop user manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge documents.
D. Compliance & Security
• Ensure software compliance with IT security and operational standards.
• Implement access control policies and role-based authorization.
• Support internal and external IT audits.
E. Documentation & Governance
• Document procedures, workflows, system architecture, and known issues.
• Maintain version control and change management records.
• Support digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
F. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
• Collaborate with software vendors, implementation partners, and third-party providers.
• Track vendor deliverables and ensure adherence to contracts and SLAs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Finance, SCM, HR, Sales).
