As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Internal Auditor to join our team and help us strengthen our financial controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks.

Role Overview: As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our risk management, control, and governance processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to ensure operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee comprehensive internal audits across various business units.

Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions to mitigate financial and operational risks.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.

Review financial statements, cost records,



and operational data for accuracy and efficiency.

Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights and present findings to management and the audit committee.

Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:Mandatory: Qualified CMA (ICMAI / ICWAI).

Proven experience in internal auditing, risk management, or financial control (preferably in the energy, manufacturing, or heavy industry sectors).

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of cost accounting and compliance frameworks.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
