Job Title: MEP Tender Manager / MEP Tender Executive

Experience: 5–12 Years

Location: As per Company Requirement

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit MEP tenders for Government and Private sector projects.

Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract conditions.

Prepare detailed quantity take-off, cost estimates, rate analysis, and bid pricing.

Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.

Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.

Work on Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, ELV, and IBMS systems.

Upload and submit tenders on GeM, CPPP, NBCC, CPWD, HSCC, RITES, and other e-tender portals. Attend pre-bid meetings and prepare clarification documents.

Maintain tender records and ensure timely submission.

Coordinate with the Projects, Design, Procurement,



and Finance teams during the bidding process.

Required Skills:

Solid knowledge of complete MEP tendering.

Experience in estimation, costing, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.

Good understanding of Government tender procedures and e-procurement portals.

Ability to read MEP drawings and technical specifications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, AutoCAD (preferred), and tender portals.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates having experience with CPWD, NBCC, HSCC, RITES, PWD, Data Centres, Hospitals, Commercial Buildings, Airports, Metro, Industrial, or Large EPC Projects will be preferred.
