Ready to take ownership of the complete finance function of a fast-growing consumer brand

We're looking for a result-oriented Senior Accounts & Finance Manager who can independently manage accounting operations, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance while supporting business growth through robust financial controls and insights.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and finalization of accounts.

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

Manage marketplace accounting and settlement reconciliation across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Shopify, Blinkit, and Zepto.

Oversee accounts payable, receivables, banking, and cash flow management.

Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, and profitability analysis.

Manage inventory reconciliation,



stock valuation, COGS, and cost accounting.

Coordinate with auditors, Chartered Accountants, vendors, and internal teams.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, ERP systems, and Advanced Excel.

Experience in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, cosmetics, skincare, or retail businesses.

Practical exposure to marketplace reconciliation and inventory accounting.

Ability to independently manage finance operations with strong analytical skills.
