About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished senior business leader to build, lead and scale India Digital, Data & AI business, with a strong focus on the BFSI sector and India GCC ecosystem.

The leader will own the India business P&L; and be responsible for driving profitable growth through new-logo acquisition, strategic account expansion, large enterprise pursuits, presales leadership, executive relationships and strategic partnerships.

The role requires a strong combination of enterprise sales leadership, digital transformation expertise, Data & AI understanding and deep BFSI market relationships. The individual will be expected to establish a trusted digital transformation partner for banks, financial institutions, insurers, fintechs and GCCs.

Industry Focus

- Strong BFSI sector exposure is mandatory
- Established relationships across Banks, Insurance, Financial Services, Fintech, and Capital Markets clients

Experience: 20+years

Experience & Qualifications

1. 15+ years of leadership experience in IT Services, Digital Engineering, Data & AI or Technology Transformation.
2. Proven track record of building and scaling a technology services business in India.
3.



Strong enterprise sales leadership experience across new-logo acquisition and strategic account growth.
4. Significant experience selling Digital Transformation, Digital Engineering, Data & AI services to large enterprises.
5. Strong BFSI domain experience and CXO-level relationships are highly preferred.
6. Demonstrated experience building relationships within the India GCC ecosystem.
7. Solid understanding of Data & AI, GenAI, AI/ML, modern data platforms and digital engineering.
8. Experience managing a significant P&L; and large revenue targets.
9. Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales, presales and account management teams.
10. Strong executive presence, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
11. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business in a high-growth environment.
12. Data & AI services selling experience is a MUST.
