We are seeking a motivated HR Recruitment professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the best talent is selected for our organization.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conducting initial interviews to assess candidate fit for the role.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
- Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for current hires, including documentation and orientation.
- Participating in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
