Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and performance-driven professionals for the positions of Business Manager (BM) / Assistant Manager (AM) – Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate must have strong experience in LAP sales, a proven track record of achieving business targets, and the ability to generate business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, brokers, and channel partners.

Candidates must have hands-on experience in the LAP segment, with a consistent track record of generating a minimum of ₹1 crore in LAP business per month. Experience in Home Loans (HL) will not be considered as a substitute for LAP experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate Loan Against Property (LAP) business through DSAs, connectors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sourcing, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
- Maintain a consistent monthly LAP business volume of at least ₹1 crore.




- Handle LAP cases with ticket sizes ranging from ₹50 lakh to ₹5 crore.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer and partner network.
- Evaluate customer profiles and property-related documents in coordination with credit and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and login to sanction and disbursement.
- Maintain healthy business quality, portfolio performance, and customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Experience and Product Knowledge

- Minimum 2 years and maximum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
- Must have a proven track record of sourcing and generating at least ₹1 crore in LAP business month-on-month.
- Experience handling LAP ticket sizes between ₹50 lakh and ₹5 crore.
- Good understanding of LAP products, property documentation, credit processes, and sales distribution channels.
- Candidates with only Home Loan (HL) experience will not be considered.
