ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / Power Platform Developer to design,

develop, customize, and implement business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal

candidate should have hands-on experience with Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Dataverse, C# plugins, Custom APIs, workflows,

JavaScript, and Power Automate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications to meet business requirements.

• Build and maintain Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Platform.

• Configure and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.

• Develop and maintain C# plugins and custom workflow activities to implement complex business logic.

• Create and integrate Custom APIs to extend Dynamics 365 CE functionality.

• Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript and the Dynamics 365 Client API.

• Design and automate business processes using Power Automate cloud flows and workflows.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other Microsoft and third-party applications using APIs and connectors.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and resolve technical issues.

• Work with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Support solution deployment across development,



testing, and production environments.

• Follow Microsoft Power Platform development best practices, security standards, and ALM processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Experience developing Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.

• Good understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, including tables, relationships, security, and business rules.

• Proficiency in C# and .NET for developing Dynamics 365 plugins and custom workflow activities.

• Experience developing and consuming Custom APIs and REST APIs.

• Strong JavaScript skills for Dynamics 365 form scripting and client-side customization.

• Experience configuring workflows, business process flows, and automation.

• Understanding of solution management, environment configuration, and application lifecycle management (ALM).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise applications.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Stream and its integration or use within Microsoft 365 business solutions.

• Knowledge of Power Platform solutions, environment variables, connection references, and managed/unmanaged solutions.

• Experience with source control and deployment pipelines.

• Knowledge of Azure services and enterprise integration patterns is an advantage.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Relevant hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development.
