Key Responsibilities:

- We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management professional with expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro to manage end to end hardware asset lifecycle operations asset governance reconciliation audits reporting and process improvement initiatives
- The ideal candidate should have robust experience in ServiceNow ITAM HAM modules compliance management vendor coordination and asset lifecycle governance
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end Hardware Asset Management HAM lifecycle in ServiceNow
- Maintain asset inventory accuracy through reconciliation and audit processes
- Perform asset onboarding transfer refresh retirement disposal and recovery activities
- Ensure compliance with asset management policies controls and governance frameworks
- Perform periodic asset audits and maintain audit readiness
- Drive process improvements across ITAM and HAM operations
- Coordinate with ServiceNow development teams for HAM enhancements workflows and catalog improvements




- Manage vendor engagements for asset procurement disposal logistics and lifecycle management
- Create dashboards KPI reports metrics and executive level reporting
- Ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence across asset management functions
- Support stakeholders with inventory planning forecasting and lifecycle decisions
