Leading complex sourcing projects—from initial supplier selection and sourcing concept definition to high-stakes price negotiations and final contract execution
Conducting annual price negotiations and maintaining a continuous benchmarking cycle to ensure market leadership
Identifying current market players (Supplier Scouting) and driving supplier development programs to secure long-term competitive advantages
Proactively identifying and executing cost-reduction initiatives without compromising on quality or resilience
Acting as the ultimate point of contact and "highest instance" for all critical supplier-related escalations
