Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer with 3–5 years of experience in agrochemical or agricultural input sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer networks, increasing product sales, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers across the assigned territory in India.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks in the assigned territory.

Promote and sell insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, pesticides, and plant growth regulators (PGR).

Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and promotional activities.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Identify current business opportunities and expand market coverage.

Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and farmers.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.





Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and distributors.

Prepare sales reports, field visit reports, and market updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in agrochemical or agricultural input sales.

Good knowledge of crop protection products and agricultural practices.

Strong understanding of dealer networks and local agricultural markets.

Experience in farmer meetings and product demonstrations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Science, or a related field is preferred.

Language Requirements

Knowledge of the local language of the assigned territory is mandatory.

Hindi and English communication skills will be an added advantage.

Other Requirements

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Valid driving licence is compulsory.

Must be comfortable with field sales and territory management
