Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage automation testing projects, ensuring quality deliverables and timely execution.
- Develop and implement effective automation testing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and integrate automation into development workflows.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on automation testing best practices.
- Analyze test results, identify defects,
and recommend improvements.
- Track testing activities and project progress using relevant project management tools.
- 3–9 years of experience in automation testing.
- Experience in managing and delivering technology testing projects.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive successful testing initiatives.
- Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies.
