# Job Description: DGM – Concierge Delivery (PMO)

**Experience:** 10–14 Years
**CTC:** ₹25–30 LPA
**Notice Period:** Up to 60 Days
**Shift Flexibility:** Must be open to rotational shifts when required

## Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced PMO leader to manage high-touch client onboarding, enterprise migration programs, and cross-functional project execution across IT infrastructure, cloud, and digital workspace environments.

The role requires robust program governance, executive-level stakeholder management, customer-centric delivery, and the ability to ensure smooth transitions, timely execution, and a seamless client experience throughout the migration lifecycle.

## Key Responsibilities

**1. Program & PMO Governance**
- Lead PMO activities for global client onboarding and enterprise migration programs.
- Govern project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope and timelines.
- Monitor program health and provide regular status updates to leadership.

**2. Client Onboarding & Delivery**
- Own the client onboarding experience during Day-0 and Day-1 delivery.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between client IT leadership, internal technical teams, and external partners.
- Ensure smooth transition, effective communication, and faster time-to-value for clients.
- Manage escalations and resolve delivery-related concerns proactively.

**3. Stakeholder & Partner Management**
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across India and North America.
- Align stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams on program objectives and deliverables.
- Communicate project progress, risks, mitigation plans, and key milestones to executive sponsors.
- Manage conflicts and stakeholder expectations effectively.

**4. Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement**
- Develop and maintain PMO frameworks, transition playbooks, and standardized delivery processes.




- Establish change management procedures and post-go-live handover workflows.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.

**5. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management**
- Identify project bottlenecks, vendor delays, resource constraints, and adoption challenges.
- Develop mitigation plans and drive timely resolution of critical issues.
- Ensure smooth coordination between project teams to minimize delivery risks.

## Must-Have Skills & Experience

- 10–14 years of relevant experience in project/program management, PMO, or IT delivery.
- Proven experience in **IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Digital Workspace migration program delivery**.
- Strong understanding of enterprise client onboarding and transition management.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, project dependencies, and escalations.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Strong capabilities in program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and milestone tracking.
- Demonstrated organizational stability, preferably with 3+ years in an organization.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts when required.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification mandate.
- Notice period of up to 60 days.

## Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to VDI/EUC migration programs involving Citrix, Omnissa Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- Experience coordinating global delivery teams across different geographies.
- Knowledge of IT service transition, change management, and post-go-live handover practices.
- Experience with PMO process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
