CareerSecure is looking for a target-driven Business Development Intern to build relationships with universities and colleges, organize workshops and career sessions, generate student leads, and drive enrollments for our programs.

Connect with universities, colleges, TPOs, and placement teams to explore collaboration opportunities.
Coordinate workshops, career sessions, and student engagement activities.
Generate, identify, and qualify potential student leads.
Counsel students, conduct follow-ups, and convert interested prospects into program enrollments.
Build and maintain solid relationships with colleges and placement teams.
Manage calls, meetings, lead tracking, and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
Work towards assigned targets and contribute to business growth.

Graduates and pursuing graduates are eligible to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong English communication skills.
MTI Versant Score of 5 or 6 only.
A target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
