We are seeking applications for the position of Environmental planner for upcoming Zonal Development Project in Uttar Pradesh. Missions/Main Duties
• Lead and support environmental planning activities for urban, regional, infrastructure, and land development projects.
• Assess environmental conditions, opportunities, and constraints to inform sustainable planning and development strategies.
• Prepare environmental planning studies, environmental management frameworks, and sustainability strategies as part of Master Plans, Zonal Development Plans,



and related planning assignments.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments, baseline environmental studies, and environmental risk analyses.
• Integrate environmental sustainability, climate resilience, and resource conservation principles into development plans.
• Identify and recommend measures for the protection and management of natural resources, ecological assets, and environmentally sensitive areas.
• Develop climate change adaptation and resilience strategies for urban and regional development projects.
• Review project proposals, plans, and designs to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Coordinate with planners, engineers, government agencies, and stakeholders on environmental planning matters.
• Prepare technical reports, environmental assessments, sustainability frameworks, and presentations for project deliverables. Profile/Skills
• Master’s degree in environmental planning, Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in environmental planning, environmental assessment, and sustainable development projects.
• Proven experience in environmental planning, preferably in the context of urban development, regional planning, master planning, infrastructure development, or industrial township projects.
• Strong knowledge of environmental planning principles, environmental management practices, and sustainability concepts.
• Sound understanding of environmental regulations, environmental assessment procedures, and resource management strategies.
