The Team Leader will oversee the Manpower – Back Office department within the CLM Domestic BFSI vertical, ensuring seamless processing of client requests, adherence to service level agreements, and continuous improvement of workflows. You will mentor a diverse team, coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and act as the primary escalation point for operational issues. This role requires a blend of leadership, analytical thinking, and deep knowledge of BFSI back‑office processes. Responsibilities
• Supervise daily operations of the back‑office team, ensuring SLA compliance.
