Relevant experience in accounts and finance Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field Industry Preference: Hospitality or restaurant industry experience preferred Job Summary A premium hospitality group in Surat is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage vendor coordination, payment follow-ups, salary-related activities, accounting records, and statutory compliance across its restaurant outlets. The candidate will work closely with the Accounts Lead, HR team, outlet teams, and Chartered Accountant (CA).

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with vendors regarding bills, payments, and outstanding dues.
• Track vendor invoices, payment approvals, and pending payments.
• Coordinate with HR for salary processing, reimbursements, and employee payment queries.
• Handle statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF,



and ESIC in coordination with the CA.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, payment trackers, and financial documentation.
• Support day-to-day accounting activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with outlet teams and internal departments to resolve accounts-related issues.
• Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely filings and payments. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in accounts, vendor payments, and statutory compliance.
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Practical understanding of GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, and ESIC.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
