We specialize in end-to-end employee transportation solutions for corporate clients and are expanding our operations across multiple locations. Role Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Pune and support our day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and client payment follow-ups.
• Manage cab-wise and vendor-wise payment records, including trip expenses, driver advances, CNG expenses, and monthly payouts.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, payment statements, and reconciliations.
• Assist with GST returns, TDS, bank reconciliation, and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with the operations team to verify expenses, trip records, and vendor statements.
• Maintain accurate financial data in Tally and MS Excel.




• Track outstanding payments and maintain proper records of pending receivables and payables.
• Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and maintain supporting documentation.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and assist the management with accounting-related requirements Required Skills & Qualifications

Com / M.
Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• Practical knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and basic accounting principles.
• Valuable analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills. Experience
• Junior Accountant: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Senior Accountant: 3+ years of relevant experience, with practical knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and independent accounting operations. Experience in the transportation, logistics, fleet management, or vendor-payment industry will be an added advantage.
