About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate – Corporate Finance to support the execution of mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and debt financing transactions supporting the offshore team. The role involves financial analysis, valuation, financial modelling, transaction execution, due diligence, and preparation of client presentations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior bankers and clients across the full transaction lifecycle. Responsibilities
• Assist in the execution of M&A;, debt advisory, capital raising and strategic Corporate Finance transactions.
• Support transaction origination by conducting industry research, market mapping, company profiling and identifying potential acquisition or financing opportunities.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation and scenario analysis.
• Prepare client presentations, information memorandums, pitch books, teasers, investment proposals and board materials.
• Coordinate financial, commercial, legal and tax due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors.
• Assist in negotiating transaction documentation and managing deal execution through to completion.
• Analyse company financial statements, business plans, cash flows and capital structures to evaluate investment and financing opportunities.
• Support debt financing mandates including loan structuring,



lender presentations, financing models and debt documentation.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, valuation multiples and financing conditions to support client advisory.
• Build relationships with financial institutions, investors, legal advisors and other transaction stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies and governance standards.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct. Qualifications
• MBA (Finance) and/or CFA (completed or pursuing) preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in:
• Corporate Finance
• Investment Banking
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Debt Advisory / Structured Finance
• Transaction Advisory Services Preferred Skills
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Solid accounting and financial statement analysis knowledge.
• Ability to prepare high-quality client presentations and investment materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail, commercial acumen and strong problem-solving abilities.
