The Role: Research, Connect & Make Things HappenAre you curious about brands, love digging up information, and want to understand how businesses actually grow? We’re looking for proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team You’ll work closely with our BD Manager, helping identify exciting brands, research potential clients, build prospect databases, and support our outreach efforts. You’ll also get a behind-the-scenes look at the world of PR, media, and podcasting. No boring coffee runs here — you’ll be contributing to real business development projects from day one What You'll Be Doing
• Research Like a Pro: Identify promising brands, companies, founders, and decision-makers who could be a great fit for our services.
• Build & Manage Databases: Use tools like Apollo.io, Google Sheets, and Excel to collect prospect information, organise leads,



and keep trackers updated.
• Support Lead Generation: Help the BD Manager build targeted prospect lists and identify potential business opportunities.
• Explore the Podcast World: Research potential podcast guests, check their professional backgrounds, and shortlist interesting profiles.
• Track Progress: Maintain BD logs, update outreach trackers, and share weekly updates on lead status and research progress.
• Collaborate & Learn: Work with internal teams to support business development priorities and ongoing projects. Who Should Apply?We’re looking for someone who is:
• A student or recent graduate interested in business, marketing, media, communications, or sales.
• Good at online research and finding the right information.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and good at managing tasks.
• A clear communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions and learn.
• Curious, proactive, and ready to take ownership of their work. Freshers are welcome You don't need to know everything already — curiosity, consistency, and a willingness to learn matter most.
