FILLING GOOGLE FORM IS MANDATORY FTM Digitals is a growing digital agency offering website development, SEO, digital marketing, branding, and automation services. This is a commission-based sales role with no fixed salary. Your earnings depend on the paying clients you bring to the agency. Our monthly sales target is ₹50,000, achievable through either: 5 clients generating at least ₹10,000 each, or 1 client generating ₹50,000 in qualifying sales. Our commission structure is: 15% commission on your first five qualifying clients. 20% commission from your sixth client onward. Additional perks for onboarding 10 or more clients in a month. Your monthly targets and client-count tiers reset at the beginning of each month. Payment: Commission is calculated based on payments actually received from clients.



We generally collect an advance payment from clients before starting a project. Your eligible commission for the month will be paid by the 28th of the following payment cycle/month, based on the client payments received by FTM Digitals.
