We’re growing our international footprint and looking for a driven business development professional to help us win new clients across global markets.

About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Business Development Manager who specializes in generating and closing new business for IT software services. You’ll own the full new-business cycle, from finding prospects to converting them into signed clients, across the USA, Europe, UAE, and South East Asia. This is a pure new-business acquisition role. We need someone who builds pipeline from scratch and closes deals, not someone who manages existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads for IT software services (custom development, web and mobile apps, Gen AI, AI automation etc.) in the USA, Europe, UAE, and South East Asia
• Run outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling, and other prospecting channels
• Use bidding and freelance platforms (Upwork, Clutch, GoodFirms, etc.) to find and win projects
• Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build a strong prospect pipeline
• Run discovery calls, understand client requirements, and work with technical teams on proposals and estimates
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract




• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets for leads, meetings, and revenue
• Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and buying behavior in each region Must-Have Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in lead generation and sales conversion for an IT software services company or agency
• Proven record of generating and closing international deals, ideally across several of these regions: USA, Europe, UAE, South East Asia
• Strong command of outbound prospecting: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, etc.), and cold calling
• Ability to understand software services well enough to discuss requirements and solutions with clients
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong negotiation skills
• Comfortable working across time zones to match client markets Good to Have
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads for lead generation
• Experience with marketing automation and lead-nurturing workflows
• An existing network of contacts in any of the target regions Please Note This role is focused on pre-sales and new client acquisition. Candidates whose experience is mainly in post-sales, account management, or sales analyst roles will not be considered.
