We are looking for a Product Manager with 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, and digital product delivery, preferably within banking, fintech, or technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product delivery, from requirement gathering and product discovery to release and post-launch analysis.
- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and product documentation.
- Manage product backlog, roadmap prioritization, sprint planning, and release coordination using Agile methodologies.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements.
- Analyze customer journeys, funnels, KPIs,
and product performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Use SQL, Power BI, and analytics to support data-driven product decisions.
- Coordinate API/integration requirements and ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Track product KPIs and provide insights to improve customer experience, conversion, and operational efficiency.
