Qualifications for Siebel Operation Support and Compliance:
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex application and operational issues.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand Sleep Number business processes across multiple domains, including Order Management, Payments, Fulfillment, and Customer Service.
• Experience working with Fusion applications, JSON payloads, and data integrations. Ability to analyze payloads and apply Sleep Number business process knowledge to investigate and resolve SIQ, PET, and Web Order incidents.
• Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and related support activities.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Siebel architecture, business processes, and core functionality. Experience supporting customer data management and privacy-related processes is highly desirable, particularly for CCPA fulfillment and Siebel operational support. Qualifications for SN Oracle Siebel CRM-POS Developer #2:
• 5+ years of Oracle Siebel development experience.
• Robust expertise in Siebel Tools, eScript, Workflows, Business Services, EAI, and Open UI.
• Experience designing and developing integrations using SOAP, REST, XML, and APIs.
• Strong Oracle SQL and database skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams and leading medium-to-large enhancement efforts.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate with business stakeholders.




• Fusion/Azure experience is preferred. Responsibilities for Siebel Operation Support and Compliance: Siebel Operations Support
• Responsible for supporting Oracle Siebel operational processes, including executing, monitoring and troubleshooting Sleep Number's scheduled jobs and batch processes. This role ensures all jobs complete successfully and efficiently across various execution frequencies.
• Siebel Incident Management (L1.5 to L2)
• Manage and resolve Oracle Siebel incidents across multiple business domains, including Order Management, Payments, and related functional areas. The resource will perform troubleshooting and deliver timely resolutions in accordance with established SLAs.
• SIQ/PET/Web Order Incident Management (L1.5 to L2)
• Handle incidents related to SIQ, PET, and Web Orders, which are customer-facing applications with stringent SLA requirements. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues impacting customer orders, account information, and product availability within the SIQ ecosystem. This area generates over 100 incidents per month.
• CCPA Request Management
• Manage end-to-end CCPA fulfillment requests,



ensuring compliance with customer data privacy requirements and legal obligations. This includes processing requests such as Do Not Call, Do Not Market, and other privacy-related actions within required SLA timeframes. This workload averages more than 50 requests per month. Responsibilities for SN Oracle Siebel CRM-POS Developer #2: Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements for Oracle Siebel CRM/POS System
• Configure Siebel objects, workflows, business services, user interfaces, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide effort estimates.
• Develop and support integrations with enterprise systems, eCommerce platforms, and POS solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and production deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.
• Support modernization, performance optimization, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
