s on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala and college placement cells
• Screen resumes against a scoring rubric and shortlist candidates
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with partners, and keep every candidate informed
• Maintain the hiring tracker and employee records
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and onboarding checklists
• Draft Curd Rice's first HR policies (leave, attendance, onboarding) for partner approval
• Support client projects that need people work: org charts, JDs, hiring plans What is hard about this role There is no HR department here. You will be the first person doing this full-time, so you will build processes, not follow them.



Partners are busy; you will need to chase decisions politely and persistently.

• Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM (HR), MSW (HRM), or BBA/BCom with an HR elective
• Clear, error-free professional English and comfortable spoken Tamil
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (sorting, filters, basic formulas)
• Available in office in Coimbatore for 6 months Good to have
• Prior HR internship, campus placement committee role, or event recruitment experience
• Experience with any job board or ATS (Naukri RMS, Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Basic knowledge of PF, ESI or the Tamil Nadu Shops & Establishments Act Benefits
