Role Description The Client Services Representative Intern will support day-to-day client interactions and service delivery at Kahaaneeya’s West Delhi office in an on-site internship role. Responsibilities include assisting with client onboarding, responding to client inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of branding projects. The intern will help track client feedback, contribute to improving client satisfaction, and maintain organized records of client communication and project status.



This role offers exposure to brand strategy work while developing skills in client relationship management and professional communication. Qualifications
• Client-facing skills, including Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on building positive, professional relationships.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to support Customer Satisfaction by responding promptly to concerns and helping ensure a smooth client experience.
• Basic understanding of Finance concepts to assist with simple billing queries, invoicing support, or project cost tracking as needed.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in common office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Interest in branding, storytelling, and client-focused work, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
